Terms of use.

Agreement

This website is operated by Modulus Labs AI LLC (“Modulus Labs”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its principal office at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this site is

This site describes our services and publishes our writing. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, a warranty of any particular result, or professional advice you should act on without talking to us. Any engagement between us begins only when both parties sign a written agreement, and that agreement — not this page and not any page on this site — defines what we owe each other.

Case studies and figures

Our case studies describe real work, but identifying details are altered to protect client confidentiality, and figures describe results in a specific context. They are illustrative. They are not a promise that your project will produce comparable outcomes.

Intellectual property

The site’s content, design, code, and the Modulus Labs name and marks belong to us or our licensors. You may read, quote, and link to our published writing with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale, pass it off as your own, or use our name or marks to suggest we endorse you.

Third-party names and marks that appear on this site — including those of technology programs we belong to — remain the property of their respective owners. We describe our standing in each program in the exact terms that program grants, and we claim no endorsement beyond it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its infrastructure, or any connected system;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site without our prior written permission;
• use automated means to scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others, or that ignores our published crawler policy;
• submit false, abusive, or deliberately misleading information through our forms, or use them to send unsolicited commercial messages;
• use the site for any unlawful purpose.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to info@moduluslabs.ai rather than disclosing it publicly. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith and gives us reasonable time to fix it.

External links

We link to third-party sites where they are useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.

Availability and disclaimer

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep it accurate and online, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. This clause concerns the website; liability for client work is addressed in the signed agreement covering that work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above shows when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
